US Contiguous Orders
The following policies apply for orders that are intended for shipment within the contiguous US:

• Orders that are above $49 will be shipped FREELY. This, however, excludes non-contiguous regions such as Alaska, American Samoa, APO, Federated States of Micronesia, FPO, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Orders that are below $49 will be charged at a flat rate of $4.90.
• Orders are eligible for shipment through the Priority Mail ® of US postal service.
• No shipment is done beyond the borders of the United States and Canada

U.S. Non-contiguous Orders
Orders which are intended for locations within non-contiguous U.S. territories will be sent through the U.S. Postal Service uses the following outlined rates. Non-contiguous areas include Alaska, American Samoa , APO, Federated States of Micronesia, FPO, Guam ,Hawaii, , Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

CANADA SHIPPING POLICIES

Cananda Post Expedited - Ground service for Canadian customers; delivery time is between 1-5 business days.

• The shipping fee is at flat rate according to the concerning customer's province. Customers are also provided with email notifications and tracking information. Free promotional items are also affected by our shipping policies.
• Ontario and Quebec: Orders above $79 are shipped FREELY and order below $79 will be charged at a flat rate of $7.90.
• Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan:Orders above $89 are shipped FREELY and order below $89 will be charged at a flat rate of $8.90.
• Other province: Every order will attract a flat rate of $12.00
• Orders originating from outside Canada do not qualify for free shipping regardless of the cost.

Shipping Notes

The following points are important:

• We reserve the rights to discontinue our shipping offer at any time. In the event that this occurs, every confirmed order that was placed prior to our discontinuation will still be honoured at the same shipping cost as was quoted when the order was placed, regardless of when the product is eventually shipped.
• Orders received from the hours of 4:00pm PST in US and 4:00 pm EST in Canada on Friday all through the weekend respectively, will not be shipped until Monday. Items are not permitted to be shipped individually. Orders will therefore be delayed until all the requested items have been gathered.
• The responsibility of packages that have left our warehouse will automatically rest solely on the carrier company. Any unforeseen delay is therefore a fault of theirs and not ours. We however need to remind you that you should at least wait for 15 business days for the delivery of your packages before considering it might be misplaced and ask us or the concerning carrier.
