Returns & Exchanges

Return Procedure

Our priority is to ensure that all our products meet the highest possible quality standards. However, if you are not satisfied with our products due to any reasons, please follow the following guidelines which will ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

1. Please have the followings ready before you contact us:

a. Your original order number

b. Your printer brand followed by its model number

c. Your problem details (for example, state when you find the problem after installing the cartridge or if you try any solutions to the problem) and supporting documentations of your problems (for example, scans of testing page or photos of wrong items) in order for our technical department to better understand and solve your problems as soon as possible.

2. Then contact our Customer Service Department at info@inkesale.com, please kindly include above information in your email (Recommended). We will call you or email you within 1-2 days (Please allow additional time for weekends and holidays).

Or you may simply submit your request by filling the Customers Inquiry Form online (Click Here), or call us at toll free number 1-888-928-2823 to talk with our Customer Service Dept. Our lines are open from 9:00 a.m. to5:00 p.m., EST., Monday to Friday.

3. If cartridges are needed to return to our warehouse, you will get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Make sure that RA is clearly written (preferably with a black marker) on the outside of the shipping box. This is very important as it helps us identify the matching client easily. Please also include one copy of the original sales order, packing list or invoice accordingly.

Note:

a) Returned cartridges must be sent to our warehouse within the expected time. They must also be in an acceptable condition based on the type of return (non-warranty or warranty). It is important that you return the defective items within the two-week time regulated by Ink E-Sale Inc. once you receive a return authorization number.

b) Returned products must meet our requirements before we issue a refund or ship a replacement. So please pay attention to the above points.

c) If we do not receive a response to the RA within 2 weeks the RA number will be expired automatically.

SHIPPING DAMAGE RETURNS

If you receive a product that is damaged during the shipping, please contact us within 5 business days after receiving the package. Do not throw away or alter either the product or the package. Both the cartridge(s) and the package must be in the same condition as they were shipped to you.

Claims for shipping damage will not be considered in the situation where the package or contents are discovered to have already been changed or discarded. If credible grounds for a shipping damage claim are discovered, depending on the original shipping source, we will process the damage claim in one of the two ways:

· For some claims, we will have to contact the shipping company and file a claim to have the shipping company schedule a pickup and inspection of the package from the customer location.

· For some claims, we will issue a return authorization number for you to return the package to our warehouse, following the normal return procedure.

Lost Order is an order that the tracking information indicates that only the billing information has been received by the carrier. When an order is lost by SHIPPING COMPANY, we will report this claim to SHIPPING COMPANY. We will follow up this claim until we get the feedback from the SHIPPING COMPANY. Please be patient. The process normally takes 5-10 business days for the required investigation. After this period has elapsed, if the packages are still not yet appear, a replacement order or a refund can be done and the claim number put in the replacement order.

· When an order is found to have been delivered to a wrong address a replacement will be process immediately. However, if a customer does not receive a package while the carrier's tracking information shows that it has been delivered and signed at the correct address the concerning customer will have no plausible grounds for a claim. In this case, there is nothing that we can do about it. The order will not be replaced.

· We are unable to ship your replaced item or process your refund/credits until our warehouse receives the returned products. If you need a product urgently we suggest you to ask for a refund and place a new order to save your time. Your new order will be processed immediately.

· Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your refund from the date it reaches our Returns Department. All refund/credit requests will be completed within 7 business days. It may take longer than the average amount of time for your bank to complete the credit refunding process to which we have no control. What we can do is to submit the data to them as early as we can. However, we will certainly try our best to facilitate the process.

NON-WARRANTY RETURNS

Based on our Satisfaction Guarantee, Ink E-SALE Inc. will accept returns of non-defective goods for credit or replacement if a Return Authorization number is issued. Non-defective products must be returned in an original shipping state with the product packaging materials. Please note that the product and package must be in original. If the customer is not satisfied with one kind of products only 1 opened product will be accepted for return. We will not accept returned products that showing evidence of tampering or physical damage due to customer use.


In addition, we will not accept toner/ink cartridges for return if more than 30% of the powder/ink has been used. No refund can be processed if it is discovered that less than 70% of the full amount is left.


All non-warranty returns will be charged a $5.00 restock fee. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges and insurance associated with non-defective product returns.


Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) - name brand cartridges (e.g. Brother, Canon, DELL, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, OKI, Xerox) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to check and confirm the concerning manufacturer' warranty. We do not accept returns of opened OEM cartridges.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT
Ink E-Sale Inc. will replace defective compatible products free of charge if the products are returned within ONE YEAR from the original shipping date.
Replacement options: Customers can take either option below for replacing their products:

1. Get your Return Authorization number, return your product, and we will ship your replacement free of charge after receiving and inspecting your returned items.

2. If you are urgently in need of your replacement, you can place a new order at a full charge while submitting a refund request.

If we identify that the product returned was damaged during the shipping, Ink E-Sale Inc. will replace the cartridge(s) free of charge. If customer chooses to return the product which is not defective one, we will charge restock fee at $5 for each case based on our Non-Warranty Return policy
